At Niro Decor, we offer a range of delivery options to suit your needs.
Free delivery
We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50. These orders will be shipped as per the Standard Delivery service and will take between 3 and 7 working days.
Standard Delivery
The following charges apply to mainland UK post codes. For remote post codes, UK Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland, a surcharge will apply - this will be calculated at checkout.
For orders weighing between 0kg and 10kg, an economy delivery charge of £4.95 applies.
For orders weighing over 10kg, an economy delivery charge of £5.95 applies.
Economy delivery is estimated to take between 3 and 7 working days.
This is not a guaranteed time frame, Niro Decor is not obligated to refund shipping charges in the unlikely event that delivery takes longer than the advised lead time.
Express Delivery
We also offer express delivery for a flat fee of £7.95, with delivery expected within 2-3 working days.
All delivery times are subject to stock availability.
Return Information
If you wish to return an item, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the return slip (this can be found at the bottom of your packing slip) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.
