1. General 

This website is owned and operated by Niro Decor. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors perfect pieces to make their homes look and feel amazing by offering a great selection of home decor products that will help to add finishing touches to any room in their house. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

This website also contains links to other websites, which are not operated by Niro Decor - we have no control over such links, therefore accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them. 2. Terms of sale

When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. Niro Decor warrants that all goods supplied to customers are as described on this website. All goods are brand new as supplied to Niro Decor by the wholesaler. 

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Delivery Information section for more information. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card or Paypal account.

 

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

3. Return and refund policy

For any undamaged products, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the return slip (this can be found at the bottom of your packing slip) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return: wax melts, seasonal items such as tree decorations after Christmas. 

The Consumer Rights Act (2015) allow a cooling off period of 14 days from receipt of goods covered under the legislation. Customers may return goods without reason within this period for a full refund. Goods returned must be complete, unused, and with the manufacturer’s packaging undamaged. The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods until satisfactory receipt will be borne by the customer. To cancel an order under the terms of the Consumer Rights Act (2015) legislation the customer should contact Niro Decor in writing or by email within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The customer will be required to return the goods before a refund can be processed.

In the unfortunate event of goods purchased not being received within 28 days of the date of dispatch, the customer should contact Niro Decor within a further 7 days, in writing or by using the contact form on the Contact page, and the purchase price and original delivery cost will be refunded. 

If the items arrived in a damaged condition, the customer should contact Niro Decor within 7 days of receipt, either by email or by using the Contact page, describing the damage. and providing photos of the damaged items. We will assess the damage and provide you with a full refund or a replacement.

 

Furthermore, Niro Decor reserves the right to refund the customer in full and to cancel the order. For instance, this will apply if the quantity of goods ordered exceed available stock, or if the products are unable to be delivered to the customer’s delivery address by the courier services available. 

4. Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.

5. Promotional emails and content

You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please notify us at any time.
